  • Deseeded Dates -20
  • Almonds -12
  • Sugar -3 spoons
  • Boiled and chilled milk -2 glass
FOR GARNISH
  • Pistachio -3
  • Almonds -3
Instructions
PROCEDURE FOR DATES MILKSHAKE
  1. Remove the seeds from dates.Take a blender jar add deseeded dates and almonds.
  2. Add sugar to the same blender jar.
  3. Add 1/2 glass of chilled milk to the blender jar.
  4. Blend all the ingredients to smooth puree.
  5. Add remaining milk to the blender jar.
  6. Again blend all the ingredients until everything is blended well.
  7. Now pour dates milkshake into the serving glasses.
  8. Garnish with chopped dates, pistachio and almonds.Serve chilled or add ice cubes to give our dates milkshake rich taste.

The three main ingredients are dates, almonds and milk.These are power boosters, rich in vitamins and minerals which is good for health.It is a healthy breakfast and snack recipe will keep energized for a long time.Add nuts as for the taste this is optional.
