Dates and raisins serve as a natural sweetener and hence no additional sugar is added in this Ladoo recipe. To prepare dry fruit laddu simply blend dates, chop nuts, fry all of them, let it cool and shape the laddu.

Instant energy balls mixed with all almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, pistachio, dates, raisins and poppy seeds all are fried in ghee these healthy sugar free ladoo have delicious taste.

Ingredients
  • Deseed Dates khajoor - 1 cup
  • Walnut (Akhrot) – 1/4 cup
  • Almonds (Badam) – 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio nuts pista – 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut kaju – 1/2 cup
  • Raisins kishmish – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 1/4 cup
Instructions
Blending dates and chopping nuts:
  1. Take a blender jar add deseeded and chopped dates, blend them.

  2. Add ghee to blender jar so that it will be easy to remove from blender jar and blend them coarsely.

  3. ake blended dates into a bowl and set aside.

  4. Now chop the almonds, pistachio, cashew nut and walnuts.

Frying nuts in ghee:
  1. Heat a pan over a medium flame add ghee, chopped walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio one after one and fry for 5 minutes. 

  2. The nuts will have a nice aroma and turn into golden colour. Remove from flame set aside. 

  3. In the same pan add ghee and poppy seeds mix them and also add raisins stir continuously for a minute

  4. Later, add dates and fry for a minute. No need to fry the dates for a long time, laddu will become hard when it cools.

  5. Finally, add all fried nuts to the pan mix well all the ingredients.

  6. Switch off the flame and remove the pan from flame.

Shaping laddu:
  1. Add all the mixture to a bowl.Let it cool for few minutes.

  2. Divide the mixture into 11 equal portions, roll each portion into the balls.

  3.  Now our healthy dry fruit laddu are ready to serve. Store the delicious dry fruit laddu in an air container for a week. 

Recipe Notes
  • No need to fry the dates for a long time, laddu will become hard when it cools.

Step by step procedure for dry fruit laddu:

Blending dates and chopping nuts:

Chop the deseeded dates.

Take a blender jar add deseeded dates and blend them. Add ghee to blender jar so that it will be easy to remove from blender jar. Blend them coarsely.

Take blended dates into a bowl and set aside.

Now chop the almonds, pistachio, cashew nut and walnuts.
