Egg biscuits is a healthy and tasty snack recipe easy to prepare without an oven. This is a fried egg biscuit with simple ingredients in a very less time. Can store in an airtight container for at least 6 days.

Ingredients for egg biscuits
  1. Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
  2. All-purpose flour(maida) – 3/4 cup
  3. eggs – 2
  4. crushed cardamom – 3
  5. sugar – 1 cup
  6. Oil – for deep fry
Procedure for egg biscuits
Making dough
  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, maida, crushed cardamoms.
  2. Break eggs into the bowl and beat them.
  3. Add sugar and mix well knead into dough.
Shaping dough
  1. Knead the dough. Take a big portions of dough roll them as chapati.
  2. Cut into desired shapes using shape moulders.
Deep frying
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. When oil gets heated keep the flame at low.
  2. Drop the cut shapes into the oil carefully.
  3. Fry them on both sides, over low flame till they turns to golden brown.
  4. Take into a serving bowl.
  5. Serve immediately or can store in an airtight container for at-least 6 days.
Notes
  1. Knead dough with only egg and sugar mixture.
  2. Do not add water. By adding water we cannot make biscuits.
