Egg fried rice is a quick and delicious recipe. Easy to prepare in 15 minutes. We can prepare fried rice quick and easy with these step by step procedure.
The first step is to fry the veggies, the second step is to add spices, the third step is to assemble eggs, the fourth step is to add cooked rice mix and serve hot egg fried rice.
Boiled rice 1 1/2 cup
sliced onions 1
Finely Chopped carrot 1/2 cup
chopped beans 7
Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
ginger and garlic paste 1 spoon
Chopped tomato 1
Slit green chilli 2
Salt 1 spoon
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Oil 7 spoons
Soya sauce 1 1/2 spoon
Vinegar 1 spoon
SPICE POWDERS Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 spoon
PROCEDURE FOR EGG FRIED RICE:
- Heat a pan over a medium flame add oil and onions saute a minute.
- Add carrots and beans fry for a minute.
- Add green chili, soaked and boiled peas saute for a minute.
- Add ginger and garlic paste mix well, fry until the raw smell goes.
ADDING SPICES FOR EGG FRIED RICE:
- Add black pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Mix well add tomato and saute for a minute.
ASSEMBLE EGG FOR EGG FRIED RICE:
- Add 3 spoons of oil at the center of the pan by setting the veggies aside in pan.
- Break the eggs and add them to the pan one by one. let it cook for a minute.
- stir till the eggs get scrambled and cooked.
- Mix well all the mixture.
ADDING RICE FOR EGG FRIED RICE:
- Add boiled rice mix well and add mint leaves.
- Add soya sauce and vinegar mix well to coat the rice with masala.
- Egg fried rice is ready to serve.
