Ingredients
Ingredients for oats and nuts milkshake
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts Kaju – 17
  • Raisins Draksha – 14
  • Almond Badam – 9
  • Pistachio nut Pista – 15
  • Walnuts – 4
  • Deseeded Dates – 3
  • Honey – 4 spoons
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Ghee – 1 spoon
For garnish
  • chopped almonds - 2
  • chopped pistachio - 2
Instructions
Procedure for oats & nuts milkshake
Roasting and soaking oats
  1. Heat a pan add oats and roast them for 2 minutes.
  2. Take the oats to a bowl add some warm milk and set aside.
  3. Our oats absorb the milk and will turn into soft.
Frying nuts
  1. Chop the almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts and walnuts.
  2. Heat a pan add ghee and add all chopped nuts, fry until it turns to light golden brown.
Blending
  1. Add the fried nuts to a blender jar and blend them.
  2. In the same blender jar add dates and raisins blend them.
  3. Add soaked oats into same blender jar in which the dry fruits and nuts are blended.
  4. Blend all of them at a time to make a soft texture.
  5. Finally, pour milk and honey to the blender jar and blend them.
  6. Oats and nuts milkshake are ready.
  7. Pour into a serving glass and add some honey.
  8. Adjust the honey as for the sweetness.
Garnish
  1. Garnish with chopped almond and pistachio.
  2. Serve the healthy oats and dry fruit milkshake chilled for breakfast or at any time.
