  • Ragi flour – 1cup
  • Dates – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1/4 cup
  • Badam powder – 2 spoons
  • Fennel powder – 1/2 spoon
Instructions
Procedure for ragi dates laddu
Roasting
  1. Heat a pan over a medium flame add 3 spoons of ghee.
  2. Roast for 10 minutes, mix continuously.
  3. so that ragi flour would be roasted constantly.

  4. Take off the heat and let it cool for a minute.
  5. Take a roasted ragi into a bowl
  6. Add badam powder and add fennel powder mix well
  7. Instead of fennel powder can add cardamom powder, these two are optional.
Blending:
  1. Take a blender jar to add dates and blend till it cardamom smooth.
  2. Add a spoon of ghee if necessary ,so that our dates will be easy to remove from jar.
  3. Add blended dates into the bowl, mix well.
  4. Add all the mixture to the blender jar and blend once. To make our laddu soft.

  5. Adjust ghee if necessary and make a bowl, ball shape.
  6. Our laddu is ready to serve
  7. We can store these ladoos for 10-20 days.
  8. These ladoos taste very delicious.
