Soft chapatis serve with gravy have a delicious taste.

For dough

Wheat flour -3 cups
-
Salt -3/4 spoon
-
Water -3/4 glass
-
Ghee -1 spoon
Making dough

Take a bowl add 3 cups of wheat flour.

Add sufficient salt.

Pour little by little water to make dough.

Add a spoon of ghee and knead to soft dough.
Resting

Cover and rest it for 15 minutes.
Folding and shaping dough

knead the dough and divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

In a rolling board take a portion of dough sprinkle wheat flour and roll them.

Apply oil, now shape the dough. Take a knife cut at center to end of chapati.

Roll around and press at center.

Repeat the same for all of them.To make chapati soft and to cook evenly apply oil and fold them.

Take one folded dough and roll to circular or rectangular shape.Roll all of them.
Frying chapati

Heat a pan at medium flame place the chapati gently over it.cook for a until it turn golden.

Turn on another side and cook.

Apply oil on both sides and cook for few more seconds.

Take into a serving plate.serve hot chapati with any gravy.
