A quick and healthy breakfast recipe just in 5 minutes. The combination of bread and egg is very rich in nutrients. Soft and sweet bread omelette a very tasty recipe.
Take a bowl to add sugar and the 2 raw eggs.
Beat the eggs with sugar. Whisk until the sugar slightly melts.
Apply the egg and sugar mixture on both sides of the bread slice
Heat a pan over a medium flame and add 2 spoons of oil.
Place the eggs-coated bread slices to the pan.
Shallow fry the bread slices on both sides, till it turns light brown.
Adjust the oil as required to fry and sugar as for your taste.
Remove from pan and take into a bowl. Repeat the same with rest of them. Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.
