The delicious quick bread pakoras easy to prepare in 5 minutes make the batter and drop the batter coated bread slices in the hot oil, fry on both sides serve with tomato sauce or green chutney. Enjoy the hot bread snacks.
Take a bowl to add chickpea flour(Besan).
Add 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
Add 2 pinches of baking soda.
Add 1/2 spoon of salt. Adjust the salt as for the taste.
Mix well all the spices.
Pour little by little water make the batter.
The batter should be flowing consistency without any lumps.
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry.
Cut the bread slices into the triangular shapes.
Dip the triangular bread slices in gram flour batter covering both sides.
Drop the batter coated bread slices in the hot oil.
Fry on both sides over a medium flame till it turns to golden colour
Repeat frying the rest of bread pakora.
Bread pakora is ready. Take into a serving plate.
Serve the hot bread pakora with tomato sauce or with any green chutney.
Check whether the oil gets heated or not by dipping a little amount of batter.
