The delicious semolina soup combines with grated carrot, onions, tomatoes, semolina, mint and coriander leaves. Serve hot semolina soup with spicy kara boondi gives wonderful taste and fulfil the stomach.
Heat a pan over the medium flame add 2 spoons of oil.
Add diced onions, slit green chillies and grated carrot mix well.
Fry till they turn light golden colour.
Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell disappears.
Add tomato slices, mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves mix well.
Fry till the tomatoes turn mushy.
Pour 3 glasses of water. Let it boil and add salt
When the water gets boiled add semolina by stirring continuously.
Mix well without any lumps.
Adjust water and salt according to the taste.
Switch off the fire. Take into a serving bowl.
Serve the semolina soup with 3 spoons of khara boondi.
