The delicious raita serves as a side dish with biryani or pulao recipes mixed with grated carrot, chopped onions, green chillies, and beaten curd.
Take a bowl to add grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves.
Also, add chopped onions and finely chopped green chillies.
Add a spoon of salt mi well.
Add little water and beat the curd.
Add a cup of beaten curd.
Mix well till the yoghurt and all spices are mixed.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Refrigerate raita till the time of serving.
Serve as a side dish with any veg or non-veg biryani recipes, jeera pulao.
Taste and adjust the salt.
