Tilly fry is an easy side dish served with roti, chapati, biryani or any rice. To prepare mutton tilly fry, just pressure cook all the ingredients and fry in the pan. Mutton tilly fry or goat spleen fry is a healthy dish can make occasionally in very less time.
Take the pressure cooker to add all the ingredients one by one.
Wash the mutton tilly pieces thoroughly and add to the pressure cooker.
Add diced onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Add ginger and garlic paste, dry coconut paste.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.
Add 2 spoons of oil and mix well.
Pour 3/4 glass of water mix well all the ingredients.
Close the lid and cook for 3 whistles.
Carefully open the lid and dry the tilly mixture.
Heat a pan over a medium flame add oil.
Add tilly mixture stir occasionally.
Fry for 2 minutes stir continuously and dry completely for excellent taste.
Take the delicious tilly fry into the serving plate.
Serve tilly fry as a side dish with chapati, roti, biryani or white rice.
