Ingredients

For marination:

  • Chicken skin les-300g
  • Curd-3 spoons
  • Salt-1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder-1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
  • Garam masala powder-1 spoon
  • Pepper powder-1/2 spoon
  • Ginger & garlic paste-1 spoon
  • Orange-red food colour-1/4 spoon
  • Chopped curry leaves-6
  • Ghee-1 spoon

Flours:

  • All purpose flour Maida-1 spoon
  • Corn flour-1 spoon
  • Rice flour -1 spoon

Shallow fry:

  • Oil-6 spoons
  • Dices onions-1

For seasoning:

  • Oil-1 spoon
  • Cumin seeds-1 spoon
  • Slit green chilies-2
  • Chopped garlic-1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves-16
  • Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup

Instructions

Procedure for chicken 65:

Marinating chicken:

  1. For marination firstly, wash and drain chicken pieces.Take a bowl add cleaned skinless chicken pieces and curd
  2. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder
  3. Add a spoon of ginger and garlic paste
  4. Add 1/4 spoon of food colour and chopped curry leaves
  5. Add a spoon of ghee to give rich taste to chicken 65
  6. Mix well all the masala spices.Let the chicken is well coated with all the spices
  7. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. So that the chicken will absorb all the masala mixture. Marination is very important, it will make chicken soft and tasty
  8. Add all-purpose flour(maida), rice flour, Corn flour to the marinated chicken
  9. Mix well all the flours. Let the chicken is coated with all the flours

Shallow fry:

  1. Heat a pan over a medium flame add 6 spoons of oil
  2. Add marinated chicken pieces to the pan
  3. Shallow Fry the marinated chicken pieces till it cooks
  4. Turn on another side and fry until it turns golden brown. set aside
  5. Add onions to remaining masala mixture mix well
  6. In the same pan, place the onion masala mixture
  7. Fry until the onions turn golden brown in colour and set aside

Seasoning:

  1. Remove the excess oil from pan, add a spoon of oil. Add cumin seeds, slit green chilies, chopped garlic and curry leaves. Let them splutter. Stir well
  2. Add fried chicken pieces and onions to the pan.Add chopped coriander leaves. Stir well and let it fry for 2 minutes
  3. Transfer to the serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
