Heat a pan over the medium flame add ghee.
Add chopped cashew nuts, dry dates, coconut pieces saute for a minute by stirring often.
Set aside some dry fruits for garnish.
In the same pan add milk and water, let it come to the boil.
Add seviyan to the milk stir well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add sugar mix well.Wait for a minute until the sugar melts.
switch off the fire and stir.
Taste the sheer khurma and adjust the sugar.
Garnish sheer khurma with cashew nuts, dry dates and coconut pieces.
serve sheer khurma chilled, warm or hot.
