Heat a pan over a medium flame add ghee and oil.

Add all the dry spices bay leaf, long pepper, cinnamon, cardamon, star anise, cloves, cumin seeds mix.

Add onions mix well. Fry until onions turn into dark golden brown.

Take half of the fried onions in a bowl and set aside.

Add slit green chillies mix.

Add ginger and garlic paste close the lid and fry till the raw smell disappears.

Add sliced tomatoes mix well and wait until it turns little mushy.

Add all the spice powders turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, biryani powder mix well fry for a minute.

Add yoghurt mix well and wait a minute.

Add mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves, give a nice mix.
