peanut ladoo | groundnut laddu | peanut laddu with jaggery

The delicious peanut ladoo is mixed with roasted peanuts, jaggery and fennel powder . These instant penut laddu is three ingredient recipe in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Peanuts – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Fennel powder – 1/2 spoon

Instructions

Procedure for peanut ladoo:

Blending:

  1.   Add the roasted peanuts into a blender jar and grind them.

  2.  Add grated jaggery and fennel powder into peanuts mixture and grind once again.

  3.  You can add cardamom powder instead of fennel powder.

  4.  Add all this mixture in a bowl. If necessary add ghee as for your taste this is optional.

Shaping:

  1.  Divide into 5 equal portions. Take a small ball size of the ladoo mixture and begin to shape it (Roll into a ball).

  2.  Serve the healthy peanut ladoo as a snack or at any time. Store the peanut ladoo in an airtight container at room temperature.

Recipe Notes

 You can add cardamom powder instead of fennel powder.

If necessary add ghee as for your taste this is optional.
