Ginger tea is one of the home remedy relieves from common cold, sore throat, cough, indigestion, motion sickness and many more. Just boil crushed ginger pieces with black pepper powder and jaggery.
Take the fresh ginger. Peel, wash and cut into small pieces.
Slightly crush the ginger pieces.
Heat a pan pour 2 glass of water.
Add a spoon of crushed ginger pieces.
Add 3 pinches of black pepper powder.
Add a spoon of jaggery can reduce as for the taste.
Can also add a spoon of sugar or honey or jaggery as available.
Mix well all of them.
Boil for at least 5-10 minutes.
Switch off the fire take into the serving glass or cup.
Serve ginger drink at morning or evening.
Consume 2 cups of ginger pepper drink in a day.
If more than 2 cups take the suggestion of prescribed practitioner.
