Roti is most popular recipe all over the world. It is made from wheat flour by making dough with less oil, frying in tava or roti stand. The warm Indian soft bread better goes with butter chicken, palak paneer, cucumber dal, mutton bones curry.
Take a bowl add 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour .
Add 1/4 spoon of salt mix.
Gradually pour water and make a soft dough.
Add 1/4 spoon of oil and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Dust the flour in a rolling board.
Take one portion of dough and again dust the flour.
Know begin to roll the roti.
Place the on tawa over a low-medium flame.
Fry for few seconds when slight air bubbles appear flip and fry on other side.
Immediately place roti directly on the flame or on the roti stand
once the roti is placed on the flame, it begins to puff up
Immediately take into the serving plate.
In the same way fry rest of the roti’s.
Serve with veg or non veg gravies.
