Mutton Liver Fry is a most popular recipe in India. The soft texture of the mutton liver fry gives a wonderful taste. I have pressure cooked the mutton liver. In the simple step by step procedure.

The time required to prepare Mutton Liver Fry is 20 minutes. In easy four steps, The first step is to add spices in the cooker, the second step is to pressure cooker for 6 whistles, the third step is to fry all masala of the mutton liver, the fourth step is to garnish and serve with paratha, roti, as a side dish with rice.

INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON LIVER FRY:

Mutton liver250 g
Ginger and garlic paste1 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder1 spoon
Salt1 spoon
Garam masala powder1 spoon
Tomato1
Onion1
Green chilli 1
Oil4 spoons
Water1/2 glass
Coriander leaves1/4 cup

PROCEDURE FOR MUTTON LIVER FRY:

{1} ADDING SPICES:

  • Wash the mutton liver thoroughly and set aside.
  • Take a pressure cooker to add mutton liver pieces, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
  •  And also add tomato and onion slices, slit green chilli mix well.

 

{2} COOKING MUTTON LIVER IN PRESSURE COOKER:

  • Add oil and give a mix. Add water mix well and close the lid.
  • Let it cook for 6 whistles. carefully turn off the flame and open the lid of the cooker.
  • Check if the mutton liver is cooked.

{3} FRYING ALL MUTTON LIVER MASALA:

  • Heat a pan add oil and cooked mutton liver masala mix well.
  • Close lid on a medium flame stir fry.
  • let water in pan get completely dry.

{4} GARNISH AND SERVING MUTTON LIVER FRY:

  • The liver will become hard if we overcook. Switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as a side dish in biryani, rice and even Parata.
